How to Prepare for an Infrared Hot Class
1. Bring the Essentials: Come prepared with a yoga mat, a towel (you will sweat!), and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
2. Arrive Early: Doors lock promptly at the start of class, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and acclimate to the heat.
3. Dress to Sweat: Wear lightweight, breathable workout clothes. No shoes or socks needed—Hot Pilates is done barefoot or with grip socks.
4. Hydrate Before & After: Start hydrating well before class and replenish after. The infrared heat helps detox, so water is your best friend!
5. Know Your Limits: Take breaks when needed and listen to your body. The heat is powerful—but so are you.
6. Post-Class Recovery: Allow time to cool down after class. You might feel an endorphin high—so enjoy the glow and drink up!
